Anna Stribrny (she/her) is a Brooklyn based artist who aims to share stories through dance. She often finds herself blurring the lines between commercial and concert dance, creating movement that feels undefined. Anna has trained in a multitude of styles including, contemporary, modern, ballet, partnering, jazz, and hip-hop. As a performer, she loves the exhilaration of performing live and embodying a character. She is currently a company member of Zehnder Dance and has also performed works by Madison Hicks, Monica Bill Barnes, Takehiro Ueyama, and Larry Keigwin. Anna strives to challenge her physical limits and uncover the beauty in the ugly.
